Friday, February 17: Localism Bill and Planning Framework - friend or foe?

This important open meeting will explore how the Localism Bill and the National Planning Policy Framework might affect Shoreham and how we as the community can best make use of them. Please come and join in or listen.  We'll also discuss whether an architects’ advisory panel would be useful in Shoreham planning decisions. Ropetackle Centre, Shoreham, 7.30pm. Free - open to all.

Friday, March 16: The High Sheriff of West Sussex

Our county's High Sheriff, Elizabeth Bennett, will explain the roles of the High Sheriff and Lord Lieutenant in West Sussex today. St Peter's Church Hall, Shoreham, 7.30pm. Members £2, others £3.

Friday, April 20: Bignor Roman Villa

With visual aids and genuine artefacts to handle, the villa's manager Lisa Hayes takes us on a virtual tour of the famous Roman estate, which dates back to about 250AD. St Peter's Church Hall, Shoreham, 7.30pm. Members £2, others £3.

Friday, May 18: Shoreham Society AGM

This year's AGM will be at St Peter's Church Hall, Shoreham, at 7.30pm.
